We are home to over 145 dealers and occupy just over 13,500 square feet of a multi barn complex that totals over 25,000 square feet of retail space. Space Availability

As in all dynamic antique centers, spaces are constantly turning over. To inquire into current availability please E-Mail us and let us know what type of space your are interested in. Or you can fill out our on-line dealer application.

Dealer rental fees

Rental fees are based on two elements, a monthly fixed rental fee which varies depending upon the type of space and the location within the buliding. We also assess a 10% commision on the sale of each item, however, the commission is capped at a maximum of $25.00. Credit card sales are subject to 3.5% charge to cover the credit card fees, equipment, and supplies.

Monthly settlement

Settlement checks are generally available on the third day of the month for the preceeding months's sales. Rental fees are payable at the beginning of the month and may be deducted from your previous month's sales and you will receive a net check. If you prefer you may write a separate check and we will not deduct your monthly rental fee.

Lease term

You are not required to commit to a lengthy lease. If for any reason you decide to leave all we ask is that you give us a minimum of thirty days notice.
